Madera Deck & Fence provides residential outdoor construction services, including but not limited to deck design and construction, fence installation, pergola installation, patio covers, and related services in Madera, CA and surrounding communities. Services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured contractors. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written proposal or contract provided to the customer prior to work beginning.
Estimates provided by Madera Deck & Fence are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not binding quotes unless confirmed in a signed written agreement. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if:
Any change in price from the original estimate will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds.
Where required by local law, Madera Deck & Fence will obtain necessary building permits before commencing construction. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the project proposal. Work will not begin until required permits are obtained. The customer is responsible for obtaining any homeowners association approvals required before construction begins. Madera Deck & Fence is not liable for delays caused by permit processing times or HOA review timelines.
Project start dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, permit delays, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes to the customer as soon as possible.

Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be specified in the written project agreement. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees or other costs that the customer will be responsible for.
Payment terms for each project will be stated in the written project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract.
Payments not received by the due date may result in a pause or discontinuation of work until the account is brought current. Madera Deck & Fence reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by California law.
Madera Deck & Fence stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms for workmanship will be specified in the written project agreement. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature, modifications made by parties other than Madera Deck & Fence, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at team@maderadeckandfence.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madera Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
